Teledyne PDS has a support team to assist the user with their questions and any challenge that may arise during a project. The support team are experts in the hydrographic and dredge field and qualified to deal with any part of the software and dredge guidance systems. When a valid maintenance contract is applicable to the dongle, the support team can be contacted via telephone and email. When an internet connection is available it is possible to remotely assist the user. The Maintenance Contract is free the first year after purchase.
A Teledyne PDS product comes with one year free Maintenance contract. With a maintenance contract you can download the latest version of Teledyne PDS to use the latest development for your application. Please contact us for information about the maintenance contract.
Training is provided regularly and dates can be found on the in the training section. It is also possible to provide a training dedicated to the customer on customers request.
